Kinja'd!!!

finally bought a set of Torque sticks and a sliding wet tile saw. The torque sticks were 79.99 at Canadian tire instead of 179.99. I’ve been waiting for them to go on special for over a year now

The tile saw was 149.99 instead of 399.99.

Worst part is I’m all done my tile work, but I will use it to cut my stones for my stone wall that goes over my stair case.

That’s a deal!  I’ve been doing the debate of tile saw vs. sliding cutter for my upcoming bathroom wall adventure.

No one I know has had good experiences with torque sticks, they aren’t accurate enough to be much better than counting uhga duhgas.

Only bad comments reviews is by people who try them with battery powered impact drivers. (Even says to use air or electric impact on the box)

That’s true, all the people I know who’ve tried them were using battery impact wrenches.

I did all this with a tile table saw

Kinja'd!!!

But I have the angle of my staircase to cut into my stones. So sliding saw will make it much easier

My only experience with the was in tech school. My teacher was previously an engender at Audi. And very German. He basically spit on them and threw them in the trash, but with words.

I was planning to test them with my torque wrench.
