1954 winner? It looks like mid 1960s variant of the GTO. It’s very pretty. Looks like a lot of prancing ponies there.

You are correct, it’s a 63.
Edit: It was a typo that I just copied when I stole the pic. It won the 1964 Tour de France.

You are correct! It was the winner of the Tour de France Automobile
Lucien Bianchi was the driver, who was unfortunately killed in 1969 at Le Mans during testing.
