I thought it was a photoshop at first but it is legit. From the page I found:

It’s pretty bad, but not the only one I’ve seen. I spotted that one in Tacoma a few years ago but have seen at least one other around Seattle. I assumed it was some rogue dealer making a few extra bucks.
