Paved driveway = clean cars

It’s all about perspective, and parking on this. . .

. . . is not conducive to keeping a car clean. I usually wash my car at least twice a month and detail it every other month. It has been almost 4 months since I’ve cleaned my car, and the lower half is now entirely brown. It looks more like it has been a year with how quickly dirt accumulates with the constant torrential downpour we’ve had. Drainage is a problem.

Hope you get a job soon, since catharsis doesn’t pay the bills and the salary of an Oppo writer is pretty poor.

I think my V70 heard me talking about replacing it with something older, simpler, and cheaper, so now the radio turns on but has no sound. So now it’s time to dig into the electrical system of a 2000s Volvo....

On the other hand, my friend found a company in England that makes patch panels for common rust areas of E28s.

Unemployed as well, so lots of spare time. It’s been freezing here, and rainy, so no car washing. I found some syringes and I wanted to try using them for dropping in touch up paint since those small brushes are useless. Watching a Monty Python documentary right now. I’m about to build up another computer or two, one for a friend and one as a killer Windows Vista system to try out some old hardware. I really need to clean up the living room a little more because I’ve got a chair that been sitting in the back of my 5 for the last 4-5 months that I really need to get out of there. I also need to seal up some cracks in the basement and replace a toilet seat. Just trying to keep busy whilst I wait for the rejection emails from prospective employers.

Yeah, I took down some shelves, patched some walls and painted. I’ve so far been fortunate with engagement on the employer front, but engagement doesn’t mean anything until an offer is made.
