fun fact- back in the day I interviewed there for a co-op position (at the time the company was LucasVarity) and in the initial chit-chat the guy interviewing me asked what I knew about the company and it’s history. with a bit of a grin he said “Besides ‘Lucas electrics,’ that is!”
