Thought I would share some pictures from the Philly Auto Show (yes my Valentine’s Day was cool)
Got to ride in a Wrangler unlimited, that was a fun thing. And think we’ve decided on a transit connect for our next vehicle. Any good forums/resources for camping conversions on those?
Oh, and Nissan had one cool car.

I’ve never seen that space car before. That’s pretty awesome.
Love the Wayne’s World Pacer too. Every time I see one of those, it reminds me of the hand me down car toys from the ‘70s my grandparents had at their house when I was a kid.

I’ve seen that space car before, but I didn’t know it was built on a Chevy Aveco.
That placard reads like a bad google translate.

Lol, I hadn’t even noticed that misspelling. I just took that pic so I would remember the cool car was built on a crap car. Enjoy the Movey
The coolest car there was an XJ220, which I was apparently so enamored by I forgot to take pictures

A Pacer is exactly what I would expect to get from blindly reaching into a box of old Matchbox cars!
The GT 40 was neat, but it was a stunt car for Ford V Ferrari, and had an LS engine, which was disappointing

How was 19 90 car built on a 2006 chevy? Is it a time travelling car too?

So many questions.
I guess we need to watch the Canadian Movey to find out.

My memories of the 1995 Cleveland Auto Show: XJ220 race car. The sexiest thing I’d ever seen, and the FD RX7, which is my always and forever.

Never seen an rx7 in person, but wow the Xj220 stuck out. There were 3 Bugattis, couple Ferrari and a Lambo around it. But it was the one that me and my girlfriend were staring at.

Surprisingly, Matchbox never made a Pacer. Hot Wheels and Corgi had decent small scale Pacers, maybe the best was by Tomica.
Signage on the future car is hilarious. A 1990 car based on an Aveo used in a movey.

Hey welcome to the TC world!
There are a handful of Facebook groups if you are on that social media, there’s one subreddit that is kinda quiet, and there is a forum online that I look into a lot. There is also a subforum in the Transit van forum as well. My only gripe is a lot of these facebook groups are for the TC worldwide; therefore a lot of the topics don’t apply to the states. There are a ton of forums and groups and subreddits on camping, but I don’t dabble a ton in them.
TC Forum (almost everything you need will be here from maintenance, mods, camping, etc.) : https://fordtransitconnectforum.com/
