I saw Parasite this afternoon and loved it. It really deserves the accolades that it’s getting, and I urge everyone to go see it.
As an architecture buff, one of the things I loved about it was the house that was featured in a majority of the movie. I was a little disappointed to find out that it was just a set, but damn , what a set. I wonder how many replicas of this place will be built as real houses. Heck, if I had the money I’d build one, preferably on a beach somewhere.

I know what you mean, I’ve wanted to build a replica of the house from The Money Pit since I was a kid, was disappointed to realize the interiors were just sets that don’t logically match the front facade at all.

I wasn’t initially interested based on the blurb of poor family invading the rich. Didn’t have the usual sci-fi, action, guns to hold my interest. Woah, I was wrong. It was very good and deserved the Oscars.

For grins I looked to see if I could buy the house from Clue. Sadly also a set. (Which might be for the best because the interior made no sense for a house...)
