yeah, say what you will about the theme day, but it definitely resulted in an increase in posts, several  of which were quite good.

That’s the thing. It might be a problem if it were really preventing stuff that people really wanted to read, but we’re some days at the point of needing an hour rule post in the middle of the day. Under those circumstances, something that jumpstarts the forum is needed.
