Myself. It’s a weird dance I do. It starts off slow, then as things are getting cooked it becomes more frantic to plate it all up neat and tidy for around the same time so as nothing gets too cold. Lol.

Black pudding, you may call blood sau sage, is congealed pigs or cows blood with oatmeal and breadcrumbs to bind it all with spices in a casing.

No worries. I believe it originated in the British Isles either Britain or Ireland but most countries have it or their own version of it.
Like haggis, the ingredients tend to put people off a little but if they try it first, they are normally okay with it.

It doesn’t sound good but neither does poutine and that shit’s delicious.
I'd try it.

Are you feeding 4 or 5 people with that? :)

You don’t need a lot of it, just a slice with breakfast or whatever, say chorizo and black pudding stew, etc...

I don’t eat like this all the time.
Working nights usually means getting something here and there interspersed with sleep.

I don’t know that I’d compare black pudding with poutine; h aggis maybe, or blood tof u for sure.
P outine is basically potatoes with gravy and cheese, not an exotic combination if you ask me.

I meant that the ingredients don’t sound good but taste good together.
You'd be surprised how hard it is to find poutine around Michigan.

This would be an awesome weekend breakfast, I can’t imagine eating this on a weekday before work. However, I’m not opposed to after-work breakfast since I’m one of those people who think breakfast food is fantastic at any time of day.

Best for you to remain ignorant about what goes into a normal sausage, let alone a hotdog...

I’m well aware of the bits and bobs that go into those things. It’s the congealed blood part that sounds dodgy to me.

Thanks. Some have never tried British food, while others get all upset because British food isn’t spicy like Mexican food or Indian food.

This is definitely one of those things that I’d love to know exactly what they were thinking when they came up with it. I get the “Use everything but the squeal/moo.” efficiency of it, but exactly how bad are things when “Dry out the blood and use it to make sausage!” is a reasonable idea?
