Wow, that is a lot of effort for a sub $7k truck.  Clearly the ad writer wants to be just a writer.

What has 5.9L of pure magnum fury? Raw, unadulterated power? Enough Horsepower to spin the moon, backwards, twice? This massive Dodge Ram 1500! Yeah buddy, this is the real deal. This is the legendary truck that can break all the laws of physics. This truck has even been known to fly from time to time. One day, way back in may. It was just mobbing along, minding its own business. When suddenly a mighty duck billed platypus walked in front of it. Using it’s very advanced brake technology, it stopped on a dime. There they were, just looking at each other. Eye to headlight, neither one blinking. Then the platypus regally said, “pardon me sir, but would you happen to have any Grey Poupon?” Sadly the truck did not. It never was a big fan of mustard, more of high octane consumer. “Well then sir, would you take me to aquire some good sir? please”? Where to it thought. “To the moon Alice, to the moon.” Sure why not, it hadn’t ever been there. So it opened it’s doors and up jumped the Platypus. It was amazed at the nice leather interior and all the seating. This thing could hold up to 6 full size humans. The SLT Laramie package was very posh indeed. The platypus was shaken from it’s quiet reverie as the legendary Ram shifted effortlessly in to 4 wheel drive and gunned it’s earth shattering 360! as the planet start quaking it leaped high into the air and was on its way to the moon! They got there and the quack was right! Marvin the martian was waiting with the jar of Grey Poupon. In fact he had so much they had to hitch on over to Saturn and rent a trailer from U Haul. This was not problem though, the tow package made this and easy task. With a very nice bed liner they were able to add more in there as well. So they cranked up the tunes and were rocking out to some old school Van Halen, and headed home. This my friends is how a true bond can form between a truck and a platypus. Remember all things are possible with faith and some mustard. This was really a fun ad to write. I haven’t been in the mood to write lately, but a Gatorade and some trail mix later, here you have it.
