Mini is back up and working again! I replaced the high pressure power steering hose:
And the lower steering column coz one of the u joints had seizued up giving me hard spots while turning the steering
Mini is driving the best she ever has in the 50,000 miles I’ve owned her :D
While I was working on the little bugger, the Vette was being daily’d through wind, rain and snow. Have a snowy Vette:

From my experience with my
Mini’s, the Vette is probably better in the snow!

We also get A LOT of ice. Like inches thick. Then the snow. Both my Mini’s were truly terrifying in the winter weather, also didn’t help they were both over 300 whp . Snow tires aren’t compulsory here, not like when I lived in Wisconsin. Studded tires are illegal, so I doubt regular snow tires would help much with slick ice . That is one place my Prius shined, plowed its way through the snow and ice this morning like a trooper.
