Quite rare, final run V12 car. The later ones had even lovelier than normal interiors. Given the location, I am surprised this isn’t a Cereal Marshmallows special (I expect his ads to have a lot of hyperbole).

For as bad a rep as had by these, they all seem to have big miles, getting hard to find a later V12 with under 100K.

Montana usually uses sand, not salt, in the winter.

Rust isn’t usually a huge deal for these, save for maybe a couple suspension parts - that was mostly a W202/210 thing. Being from CA, I would expect it to be OK. Deferred maintenance is the worry, I can’t imagine what a full engine rebuild would cost, probably 20K or more.

This might not be fun per se , it’s a barge with the heart of a Pagani, It would be tempting to straight pipe it at least for awhile.

A sharper SL-AMG front makeover, and some monoblock +1 or +2 diameter wheels.. and a good sounding exhaust aftermarket exhaust to hear that V12 sing without being impolitely loud...

Could be quite a cool cruiser.

Check the trunk for sheep manure!  There’s gotta be a story as to how that car makes sense in the Greater Gallatin-Bozeman-Livingston Metroplex.

If you can drive it for a month for eight grand, you are five times better off than whoever signed the papers before the ink was first dry
