Sorry to create a whole post about it, but wait no I’m not it doesn’t matter anyway. I created a login to the Hyphen but when I tried to login a day later, I couldn’t. I thought I mis-typed my password so I reset it, got the email, changed it to what I THOUGHT it was in the first place, still no.

“We are unable to log you in, likely due to an expired session”

I’m in there as functionoverfashion, or stepper459 at gmail. Thanks to all who have contributed to that project, it’s quite impressive and wonderful to see. It won’t be long before we’ll all be like “remember kinja lol wtf” amirite?

Err... yeah actually. I run adblockers on most of my browsers but I’m on a new iPad Pro from work (nice capitalization there, apple autocorrect) and it’s just plain chrome.

I've gotten that error too. My only solution has been to keep logging in till it works or close the browser and try again. Who knows if that actually does anything but it seems to.

Try a different browser or device. A pain to be sure.  Maybe from a Windows device using Explorer as some reported that worked.

Hmm. I mean, I do have a windows computer that I use for diagnostics on my car. It’s old and clunky.  I’ll try my chromebook next.... no worries

I just cleared the cache on the server, that helps when someone is stuck.

I will also say when testing I have the most problems with this on my ipad pro running Chrome. Something about the way it tries to handle the login cookie and it throws a fit.

*Usually just giving it a few minutes and trying again will work too, but it seems like you’ve already tried that.

This weekend I’ll be taking the thing down and doing some rebuilding of config files to hopefully solve this glitch once and for all.

I was able to put it in plain text but not a hyperlink. I think that’s fine, and might be less of a thing that DT could possibly be upset about, although I don’t think they will care.

I got the Chrome on iPad blues too. Ironically the FP has issues with it too. It keeps logging me out. I guess the Apple-Google combination is an unholy abomination.

Yeah, I don’t like safari much but chrome on the ipad (and other places) has been getting glitchy.  Feel like I need to shift everything to Firefox here.

There might be a limit to their generosity but we haven’t hit it yet.  They reached out this morning to say they loved what we were doing.  While I’m not in love with their platform they seem to be pretty cool guys to say the least.

Yeah self funded at the moment but a bunch on the community have wanted to donate for costs and future development.

Costs are still just estimated and will vary based on storage and bandwidth usage but my current rough number is $150/month.  It’s pretty reasonable in the grand scheme of things

Also chrome on my ipad refused to actually update the cache completely. I updated the logo on the site last night and my ipad still is showing me the old one.

There are some things I love about apple products, and other things that aren’t quite right. That being said Windows 10 is getting annoying and very aggravating. I’ve dailied Linux before but it never really works all the way, seriously thinking about moving to Mac soonish.
