I saw that the other day. That is some weird Jalop stuff. He finds an old BMP and a Chevy in a Russian “bunker”. There’s some very interesting cars there that he doesn’t spend too much time on. Still wondering what those odd hand controls on that one car are.
I get the feeling it is more of an abandoned garage under a building than what I would imagine as bunker. More of what we had in the US and called them Fallout Shelters.

Aka, that big closest under the stage where they store the extra football uniforms and miscellaneous junk, and just never bothered to take the yellow sign off the door.
