Pussy Galore says congratulations.

A buddy had Diamonds Are Forever on VHS, and we drank beer and watched that movie probably 100 times. Yes, VHS. This was back in 1985. Bond had one of the best lines ever in that film. He walks into a room as Jill St. John is walking out, wearing a blonde wig. She comes back as a redhead. Of course, Bond notices, and says something. She asks him which he prefers, and he says, “As long as the collars and cuffs match....”

Ah yeah...I was doing a behind t he scenes shoot on Finding Forre ster, what, in the ‘90's? I do a lot of this kind of thing, and actors, well, most are just another member of the crew...but I went to get another battery for the camera. Narrow sidewalk at the the General Theological Seminary in NYC. Me hustling to our staging area... and there was Sean Connery coming the other way. I nodded at him. He returned the nod. Now I can die peacefully. Lord Lord... James Bond acknowledged my presence .

The Mustang in DAF just seemed a little too redneck Bond to me... Did you catch the continuity error with the “through the alley on two wheels” stunt?

Having watched that film so many times, I think we noticed every blooper. In the scene where Bond is fleeing in the moon buggy, at one point he drives out of the frame, the scene cuts, and  then one of the moon buggy wheels comes rolling back into the shot. It’s at 2:37.

Pretty cool list, never seen that compilation before.

Connery’s greatness aside, OHMSS might be my favorite, always liked the plot and several good MB scenes too (along with the Cougar and Aston).
