Australia seems like a very interesting place. A few years back Mrs. BaconSandwich and I read a book called Cold Beer and Crocodiles - about a journalist who takes a year to cycle around Australia. It makes me want to do something like that. Or drive the gunbarrel highway in a solar powered rig.

That sounds interesting. Gunbarrel looks amazing. Have you seen the posts from the guy in SA who’s been heading out for big bush cycling trips? Legend

I have! Very neat to read about it.
Another interesting read is Too Long in the Bush by Len Beadell. He and his crew were responsible for making the Gunbarrel highway. Some crazy stories in that book.
