They tend to be very hard to find parts for, require specialized knowledge that may be hard to get access to and can’t keep up on modern roads. A person with one project/classic car is usually going to want one that they can jump in and enjoy a cruise in.

Yeah, I think these 6s topped out at maybe 55-60mph, and that’s flat out, which you couldn’t do for that long without causing a problem, so cruising speed is maybe 45-50. Pr etty good for the era, but that rules out even a lot of rural country roads today, let alone Interstates.

Oh hey... look what I found when I was at the upholstery shop.
The patina (real but clear coated) was fantastic. The teal on teal on teal was a bit much for my tastes.
