"Deal Killer - Powered by Focus" (dealkiller-ii)

I was replacing my spark plugs this weekend, and saw this at the top end of the engine.
One wire in, another out leading to that small bolt which is, I assume, for an electrical ground. What it is for, I don’t know. It’s a 2006 Ford Focus, 2.0 liter. Any ideas?

This is a capacitor to suppress noise from the voltage spikes from the ignition. You should replace it. This one looks similar:

It’s an RC car. That loose looking wire is an antenna for remote controller.
Elon Musk has the controller.
