It isn't actually drivable. It's just a foundation for an elaborate goat obstacle course thing to get some food you can raise to the top of a solo via a pedal system.

Yeah, I’ve never been exactly impressed with goats and certainly don’t like them enough to build such an elaborate contraption.
If you see each of those cars as dollar signs I think the effort makes sense. The corn maze was the only attraction that wasn’t gimmicky or a mere distraction but I think $15 for around 3 hours of fun was worth it. Though it definitely could have been less.

The only place I’ve seen such goat shenanigans was a corn maze in Arkansas. They didn’t use a truck, but they had an elevated highway for the goats to get around. I guess it’s a trend among corn mazes. That, and fried snack foods.

Apparently dedicated goat skyways are just the future. Get used to it because there will be one goat to rule us all.
