Just something to keep the site rolling when it’s otherwise slow. The idea is we should never go more than an hour between posts.

Kinja makes it tricky, between caching the front page (making it hard to tell how old the latest post is, and often a new post won’t be visible for a few minutes) and the fact that when you create a new post, unless you update the time stamp before you publish, it will reflect when you first initiated it.

So, if you spend 20 minutes finalizing a post and publish it, it’ll show up as if it’s 20 minutes old, below any posts that appeared after you started.

Thanks for the warning, but this take me back to the late sixties. I had an SSP Racer that looked like this. Member those?... well, there’s the Bing search result LOL Mine was blue, not green, and my memory made it look more like your lead pic..oh well. back to work. thanks for the memories

You may be a faster thinker than me. Usually I have no more than 2-3 minutes to rush a post out, so I’m just desperately trying to think of a car I haven’t already shared.
