I usually start to take pictures of the process and then get distracted and forget until the finished product. 3 jalapeños 2 Serranos onions garlic diced tomatoes crushed tomatoes 1lb ground beef 1lb top round and some spices. Just on the heat threshold of my wife so perfect.
Also waiting on some jerky to dry out. Yum.
Update: Jerky turned out great. Will make more this week with some Wagyu I got in the fridge.

How do you get your po t to stick to the wall like that and nothing spills out....what sort of voodoo is happening here?

If it sticks to the wall, that’s how you know it’s cooked properly.

H ave a pot of chicken chili/soup going here too, (but no jalapenos due to the wife’s preferences..) Yours looks super nice - I prefer that finer “ chunk”, more minced up texture.

It turned out great! The chicken sounds good though I may try some shredded chicken next time.

Well you convinced me to get some going. I’ve actually never made chili before so we will see how it goes

All the meat! I used 2 pounds of ground and had some skirt steak leftover from Friday night
