As a few have guessed correctly I got rid of my Morgan, trailer and GLE. I wanted to go back to my roots of stupidity, but stupidity I could do everyday. The Morgan was an amazing vehicle and I’m glad I have the memories with it of being stranded, cold and alone along with all the smiles. I put 2500 miles on it and one time my wife drove it but you have to unscrew the entire pedal box and move it forward so she could reach the pedals. What a blast.
Today we welcome home the new replacement. It’s a 2016 with 6k miles and no warranty. It’s also yellow and not an SUV. As I get more time I’ll write more but for now let’s be glad that the most expensive fix on the Morgan was 350$. And I only put in on a flatbed twice.
The cost of the Morgan + GLE + Trailer was more expensive then my new payment and insurance is less. The roll of my wife’s eyes when I said this trade is saving me money was actually audible. Anywho . It’s got yellow seatbelts too.
It was originally a Canadian car. Sorry Canada you lost a good one.
The window sticker.
At the end of the day I had dreams of driving the Pacific Crest Highway in the M3W. Then I’d get an hour from home and be terrified of what could happen. That anxiety is now gone.

I’m glad I got to see the Morgan up close and in action, but that is an excellent choice of replacement!

The fact that it is as fast as my 06 Viper speaks alot to 10 years of technological advancement.

What a happy coincidence, I literally just moved to Blaine a couple of weeks ago.
I’ll have to take you up on that offer once things settle down. Haven’t been in a Porsche since the 80's and was too young to drive dad’s 930 at the time. Still have the framed 959 and 930 Cabriolet posters from way back then, though they’re now hanging in my son’s room.
Enjoy her, she's a beaut.

Yeah absolutely. I'm in Anacortes so just send me a message on here and we'll drive. If you mountain bike I'm up your way often.

It has heated seats so it's basically an suv.

There was another number on that window sticker that I would not be able to work with. It was a 94 or a 95 with a comma and three more digits after it.

But how will you know how fast you’re going when the speedo isn’t in freedom units? :P
In seriousness, awesome car! I hope nothing goes wrong with it though, as I imagine repair costs would be a lot more than the Morgan...

Don’t mountain bike at all, but I do live very close to Little Mountain! Never been to Il Granaio, I’ll have to check it out. We are big fans of Rachawadee which is near by
