Looks like they’re still going with the eye-socket headlight design; curious how this one will look without the camo. I thought it looked good, but then I looked closer...

Rear radiator inlets are more traditional.

New inlet just above the splitter I’m guessing goes to cool the batteries and/or front electric motors?

I wish they’d make that rear deck more like the 570GT though.

Everybody wants high exhaust outlets these days.

I am worried about McLaren’s (and all other supercars) direction of 100% electric; I think hybrid is as far as they can go, but I understand regulation will get in the way of that.

yep. I can’t identify any of their models by appearance and that can’t be a good thing. They’re all “just some mclaren”

I think it looks different enough. It’d be silly of them to through out their design language, so it has to look somewhat similar.

Hmm, looks like a spyder variant.

And they’re going V6 hybrid now? Damn.

Yeah, I wish they’d do V8 hybrid, but everybody’s doing V6 hybrid now for some reason. You’d think the hybrid would offset co2 from the V8, at least as far as the tests go...

I never thought I’d say this, but... That McLaren looks like it’s trying to be a Corvette.

Maybe the h ybrid V6 is the TT V6 of this decade. I’m OK with this.

Maybe if McLaren could stick with a single model for more than 2 years, build up some brand reliability and bring costs of ownership down, they might have a compelling argument. Right now though, they launch cars often and their reliability sucks, so their cars depreciate like rocks. And not good rocks. As in useless rocks because no one can maintain them. So even for us enthusiasts , the entire brand is basically a non-starter.
