Happy Monday.

Phoenix Sky Harbor ca. 1953. The American DC-6 (N90750) in the foreground was the last of 50 DC-6s purchased by American to take on TWA and their new Constellation. This particular aircraft, operating as !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , was involved in a midair collision on June 28, 1952 with a small Temco Swift GC-1B on final approach to Dallas Love Field. The DC-6 landed with no injuries to its 60 passengers and crew, but the 19-year-old pilot of the Swift and his passenger were killed.
