120 times gear ratio times final drive equals a ton of torque likely

Great way to turn the tow ball into a lethal projectile.

I tried that with my del Sol years ago. Shockingly it didn’t work!

Yeah n o — this wasn’t Stan Lee pull ing thor’s hammer in his first movie. Tug, roll back, dig, repeat for 35 long minutes.

The shrub bested the truck alone, basically just rocked it an inch at a time and got out to chop the roots with a shovel.

This does make me appreciate the heft of my  chevy 2500 4x4 beater truck. Attach strap, low range, 1st gear, idle away with all the bush you could ever want.

Looks better than my lawn at home at least. I’m sure the ruts add decoration.

This is why I love the low range on my Isuzu, even  with 126 HP I can pull a 3,000 lb tree up a hill at 0.25 mph.

The TOY truck was a bit over matched here.

Looking at the potential for stump pulling with M37 I came across this which suggests not doing so.

You’re just being humble. I can see at least a handful of actual grass blades among that moss, which is pretty much everyone’s lawn here unless they’re doing things that are really bad for the environment to force grass to grow.

Wait, moss isn’t PNW grass.  I’m gonna have to reconsider my yard success then.

I have an original copy of that book haha. The frame and points on the M37 are strong enough to fly them around with a helicopter, I don’t think a stump is any issue in granny gear. My friend uses his like a tractor on his land.

I don’t want anything bad to happen to the longboi, but I do like those videos on youtube where pickup truck/SUV drivers pull out a stump only to have it launch into the truck’s rear window when it breaks free.
