I’ve ridden a few of those GSXRs (06 600)
honestly, in the 600 class, they are probably the most comfortable street bike, not questions about it.
Sounds good even stock. Lots of induction noise.

The Repsol!! The price is kinda steep though. $4500 - ish would be right.

One of my coworkers has a 600 that he’s been commuting on. Yeah... That thing sounds great.
I am going to ride so many bikes this summer. Let’s just fast-forward a few months.

In a perfect world they'd each be $200 and I'd take them all home

Today’s “I’m trying dear, no one wants it!” quickly becomes tomorrows “Ran when parked, been stored in my garage for 10 years”

That Cub is sweet! Check out this one, which I believe is an ex-Penske racing Cub.

Those little Hondas are awesome. They have 5 or 6 every year in the pits at the Vintage racing in Covington.

I used to see a Repsol livery bike just like that parked in downtown Bellevue all the time. Could be the s ame one, can’t recall the exact model.
I had a dream the other night that I bought a bike, it was some kind of supermoto/hypermotard thing.

The lease is up in a few years, right?

Ha, I’d never go as far as to solely have a bike. I hate riding in rain.
But if I had space and a willingness to spend, I think I’d want a H ypermotard, S 1000R, or even a Busa. A couple electric bikes seem tempting in a way too - as I get older I become less fond of constant shifting and clutching.

Some mudflaps and smoker’s vents would turn the fintail into a nice poor-weather car ;)
I was actually browsing Zero’s website last night. Still too spendy for me, especially when things like fast-charging capabilities that should be baked-in are a $3k add-on. Yeesh.
H ave you tried any of the electric bikes yet?

Hmm, not my cup of tea... Still cool though! Gotta give honda credit, even today they're still making a ton of cool super-mini bikes. I'd love to take a new monkey for a spin

Fintails and wet aren’t a good combination for longterm survival. Old MBs can get rusty and decay fast. I haven’t driven the car in a month, rains every weekend.
Yeah, you can buy a very nice conventional bike for the price of a Zero, and I don’t have a charger anyway. Still kind of a cool idea. The first ones were more expensive, maybe it will come down with time. I haven’t been on a bike of any kind in a couple years. I’ve thought of trying one (a Zero) though, just to see if the EV feel wouldn’t be too weird.

Man I have been actively looking for a cheap Triumph or SV650 for when I sell my Audi. Hard to find though sadly

I still haven’t ventured too far into the european side of things, and it’s slow going over the past few months since CL is such a waste land now. I’ve only managed to buy 2 new vehicles this winter

I unironically love the repsol CBR250 for being a race-look bike that can be ridden by a newb. I wish they did more of those so new riders get cool little bikes that wil l help them earn while also not immediately trying to take their head off.

Yeah, me too. I also want to try out the new Super Cub.
