Hey, at least they are managing to fit their WI yearly registration stickers in the correct place in the bottom right of the frame, but inside/under the tag frame. Which is more than I can say for many other cars in WI. There are two distinct kinds of offenders: 1) people who put the year stickers in the correct place, but over the tag frame; 2) people who don’t understand how registration stickers work :
