It includes two years of operations by the Mexican government... but after that; its pretty much certain bankruptcy unless you’re a multimillionaire to begin with.
How? Why?
Well the Mexican government is as thirsty and desperate to sell this Boeing as a frat bro on Tinder is to land a one nighter. So they announced they were thinking about a raffle with six million tickets at 28 dollars each.
The ridiculous idea served to distract people about the several shootings and murders that occurred on the week it was announced by the government

I’d fly it straight into bankruptcy.

Win it, try and sell it, if no takers after a few months, part it out. The engines are worth several million each (very low running hours), interior stuff like galley equipment such as water boilers are at least a couple to a few thousand each, etc... you could come away with a few million.
Or lease or even wet-lease it to a charter airline. He'll, that's what the RAF has done to three of it's Voyager (Airbus A330) aircraft that aren't being used. Whether need them, they pull them back into service, in the meantime they earn their keep.

Listing an entire 737 on ebay in parts? Good fun i bet. Cockpit stuff might sell well to the sim-flying community

You could buy two for what the plane is worth

Sell the engines, seats and fancy bits off, buy land with the profits and live out of the fuselage.

Lol. Doh, it’s a 787 but there are companies that will part out the plane for you and sell the parts on your behalf.

can i sleep on the plane, while parked?
“ includes two years of operations”
Does that include fuel? Max out passport stamps then get another one

Start up a leasing company and run it as a lease-back to any airline that needs it. Ie: become an airplane slumlord.

Book passengers for the 2 years, then liquidate the plane

Id say try to do a barefoot charter to an airline, but the interior configuration probably isn’t practical.
Maybe try to charter it out to NFL and NBA stars as a party plane, and hope enough of them take it up? Assuming the Mexican government doesn't include some sort of morality clause or something.

Given its Lopez Obrador I wouldn’t be surprised
The jet has a passenger capacity of 80

So, assuming I won it with 2 years of free operation and then I’m in my own? I would lease it out for the first two years at something closer to a BBJ rate. With the money I got from that I would incorporate a LLC, certify under Part 135 and charter it out. I think I would still need a chief inspector and director of maintenance. I know folks who have held those roles.
Failing that, get it to Mirana or Victorville and part it out. Engines are probably close to $10M each, TRs around $750k each, flaps and rudder $200k each, slats, ailerons and spoilers for maybe $50k per unit, APU would probably bring $1m and another $1m for all the avionics boxes and flight deck instruments. The gear set is probably worth $2M. Prices would be higher if serviceable, but unserviceable is quicker.

Almost too easy in that case, yeet it around for a year making money however you manage(mile-high club tickets, anyone?) and then park it for scrap and lean back as the funds slide in.

Almost. Could almost buy two ridiculous diesels. :)
