This is the best junk f ood I’ve ever had. Cinnamon toast crunch rice crispy treats. Genius.
IIn other news I made it into work and can confirm that my misgivings were very much worth listening to. At least this truck is fairly predictable in the way it slides.

But do you know why kids love the taste?

Pretty much. It DOES catch smoothly though, it's not snappy at all like the Miata. Pretty easy to recover from which is nice

So what I heard is that you’re spending your day sliding the truck. Fun!
I once needed to make treats for the soccer team, but didn’t have Rice Krispies. Instead I used multigrain Cheerios I had. I thought marshmallow fluff would make it all good, and I thought they tasted great. No one else would eat them though. Using CTC seems like a good strategy, but I might go into sugar coma before finishing one.

How are you doing out there? It’s positively DUMPING at my house.

Is that not just a cereal bar? I’ve long held that cereal bars are, in fact, a candy. They’re delicious.

I doesn’t take much to turn the roads treacherous . I think the slickest conditions I ’ve experienced was freezing rain.

I keep hearing that. Hasn't seemed to reach mountlake terrace yet, but it's just a matter of time. Just helped a beached ups truck, and the guy said Everett was getting hammered

Weight and length both help to slow rotations. My old Crown Vic was the most relaxing drifter in the rain, you had all day to countersteer to correct the slide.

It’s dumping downtown too

My brother in law drives a Chevy work van with an LSD and no traction control. He’s says the same about how it handles, the long wheelbase helps a lot.
He’s pretty bummed that the Chevy is getting retired, and being replaced by a Sprinter with Traction control that can’t be shut off.

It’s dumping hard here. But I have to go to work myself anyway, I’m getting cabin fever being away from work for too long. (I have 3-day weekends)

I have had great times with the Galaxie in the snow. Much more fun than the Benz W124
, which is *too* resistant to sliding right up until it breaks loose, and then hopeless - and which can’t maintain sufficient traction to overcome nose weight.

Do they run traction tires on the rears, or all position and/or steer tires always around? Most small commercial trucks are fine in the snow as long there are traction treads in the back.

Decent snow in Bellevue right now. So many cars with windows not cleared, doddering around on the road as usual.
