This was it. It’s a kolbulle. With lingonberry jam obviously.
Bits of fried bacon in a pancake with added fat, lard in this case. Traditional food, albeit of the unhealthy variety, of the Swedish worker.

This looks delicious! I had a basic Egg Salad sandwich on whole grain bread....having some Hawaiian pizza for supper! :)

It’s actually quite good, once you get over seeing them frying a slab of lard on the production line and seeing the fat bubbling in the frying pans.

In the western US we have a delicacy called fry bread. OMG. A popular variant is called the “Indian taco” note american Indian not asian Indian .
