I remember when these were new - o dd then and odd now. They had their design quirks but were definitely a neat package. The first generation was d efinitely a lot more interesting  than the second generation.

I’d only go for a first gen and only with a stick.

They are huge inside despite their small size and the stick makes them kinda fun.

Had a girlfriend in high school who drove one of these with a manual . She hated it, “Ewww it’s so boxy and ugly. I hate having to shift it. ” She didn’t understand why I thought it was so cool. We lasted 3 months
