Yeah, I don’t like everything about him. But I think nearly everybody says that about every politician and probably family member.  He would have been better though is my position.

The entire time.... I mean, the entire Republican template in 2016 was a heaping pile of trash, out of those I think Jeb Bush was the most qualified Republican.

But really, the best realistic result in my opinion would’ve been a Hilary Clinton win. She’s far from perfect, but it would’ve been a far more productive 4 years than what it was with Trump.

The sad thing is both parties somehow managed to send a poor example of humanity to the election. Both sides had far better choices available but sent their worst possible candidate to the polls.

Unfortunately the American political landscape is now overrun with people that represent the extreme fringes of our populace but get the most attention because they have the most money or shout the loudest. It’s frustrating.

At this point I’m fairly convinced the POTUS is doing his level best to make himself as unpopular as possible before the next election.  I think the job is way harder than he ever thought it would be and he’d rather go back to bullying people in the business world.

Sure

The problem is that Trump offered Kasich first dibs to be VP, and even offered to let him be the most powerful VP ever. Unfortunately, Kasich turned it down and we got Pence. I understand Kasich’s decision to not accept, but I also think he made a mistake.

Had Kasich accepted, he’d basically be the president, and we wouldn’ t have most of the problems we have now. So he has no standing to complain now because he’s the one who could’ve stopped it.

Trump made Iran more un stable by quitting the JCPo A , and continues selling wea pons to the Saudis who might be causing most of the trouble. Trump is also probably causing a global economic crisis with stupid, widespread, imprecise trade wars. This global crisis might just take the US economy with it. Don’t even get me started on corruption... Specially today that the whitehouse released the transcript of a phone call that might start a bipartisan impeachment inquiry.

Also, he’s winging a massive budget deficit while impulsing mostly ineffective tax cuts.

The only reason he might not be a complete failure as, not only a president but a Republican, is because he got two conservative judges on the supreme court. This might also fail, because if Kavanaugh’s past continues to look more and more suspicious he might be impeached.
