Got a little bit of rust near the one wheel well and right now I’m trying to figure the best way to stop it. I really want to buy this and restore to car show levels of clean.

Oooh, Honda’s with torsion bar front suspension and a beam rear axle are my jam. They might be the most durable cars Honda ever made. Look for the usual condition and maintenance (they’re an interference engine, so knowing the last time the timing belt was done is a good thing). Otherwise, fuel pumps (external , inline) were the only real weak point of these cars that failed with any regularity. After 31 years, my racecar (88 integra) is on it’s 3rd fuel pump.

They are also prone to developing a rust spot in the rear wheel wells at a particular spot where the rubber trim trapped water against the lip.
