If it wasn’t too rusty and had most of the pieces, I’d consider fixing it up.  I’ve always wanted a boat...

runs and drives. has failing clearcoat and the lare 70's problem of “back bumper fell off” a common problem of 1979 cars.  it’s likely fate is 5,000 lbs of scrap.

This is as boat as it gets.  also being a 79,  its the last american “big” car.

I grabbed headlightand wiper switches from a junk one on friday, Before my friend had actually laid eyes on his new Lincoln. Just about everything is bolted from behind to a cast piece that goes the full width of dash, not fun. if it gets pulled apart for any reason, I’ll try to nab it. Not installedwith a sawzall, but might have to come out that way.
