We j ust finished it last week . Havent watched the 80s version.

 No kids of our own just chanced upon it on Nflix. F or a PG rated show it’s pretty dark and has some good adult issues in it. Cant wait for season 2

I can’t say enough: it is SPECTACULAR. They actually had the budget to do it right. And all credit to the Henson crew: they did it.

My sister and I watched this in the theater when it came out, and it was WAY too much for her. But it was yet another indelible Henson production. I had a major crush on a girl I worked with, like 13 years ago, when she went HMMMMMMmmmm like Chamberlain. One of those nod-because-you-know moments.

I might have heard of the movie but didnt get a chance to watch it. I really dont remember. Didnt feel it was a prerequisite anyway, they explained origins and backstory pretty well

They took this huge world, and fleshed it out so amazingly. The work they put into it is like the envy of my life.
