I’m the plumber and I won’t be allowed to let that happen. The electrician is lined up but flat out busy and fighting melanoma...could be a close run thing!

If I knock down my workshop I *think* I can fit that in my back yard. I'll work on the demo, you handle the delivery and drop-off. Best I can do is $350, k? Great.

oh my!

question, why the carport style part on the end instead of just a longer shed? just cost? or so you can pa rk things wihtout impacting the shed’s interior?

Exactly. Parking for the tractor and other farm implements plus Mum's camper trailer. Plan is to have pallet racking on the back wall for some implements etc.

Awesome. You’re so much closer than me... Post set, waiting on concrete. Waiting...

If it makes you feel any better...the wait has been long on this one.

We signed the contract with the builder last October, the Council gave us building consent in April and construction has taken  six months!

Whoa! Yours is bigger and  much more complex, but that’s a long time to wait.

Yeah...the builders were slow but they were thorough. And it was a fixed price for the building labour.
