Yellow, regular cab, short box, manual, small pick up. I could see myself owning this.

Kinja'd!!!

My biggest question is, does it have the 4 or 5 cylinder. Either way this had to be a custom ordered truck. It’s a loaded(for 2006) , manual Z71, regular cab, with a sunroof.

Its like one of the smallest trucks sold here in the last ever 20 years. Maybe the Frontier is smaller.

My bad, I just realised how huge the Nissan Navara/Frontier (probably the most sold Pick Up in Europe) actually is. 5,12m! That makes my old Chevy look small in comparison

T hey’re nice little trucks for sure! If you're serious, make sure the windows don't leak. Apparently I'm not the only one with that problem.

I damn near bought almost the same truck, except for in the copper orange color, brand new. I ended up choosing my Sierra instead, but I think the first gen regular cab Colorados are fantastic. The regular cab is so roomy!

A couple of things to watch out for: These have captured front rotors, meaning replacing the brakes rotors requires replacing the front hubs. So, if the brakes are hashed, that’s an expensive job.

More importantly, I've seen a few pictures recently of first gen Colorados with really bad frame rust. Like, they go to the junkyard bad. So, watch out for that.

The ranger from around then was 189 inches long but yeah; that’s as small a truck as you’re going to get.

I never understood why a car manufacturer thought a captured rotor was a good idea. Fuck you Honda Accord. It's such a pain in the ass.

According to some guys in the industry I talked to, the idea behind it was to make the rotors have a truer place to seat against than an outer wheel hub surface that gets dirty and rusty. They also only want rotors cut with  an on-vehicle lathe, to keep them truer.  In practice though, it’s a huge servicability PITA.
