I am enjoying a cup of hot chocolate on this slightly chillier Fall-ish morning and passing the time watching a new Youtube channel I found where an enthusiastic young Italian lady restores a classic FIAT 500! never had lergies before

but these last 2 years i think the pollen have been getting to me...its been warmer and dryer than ive ever experienced over here for the last 2 years and my sneezing started round the same time...so i think its related..this warm dry shit is causing something that sets me off

My mom was nt allergic to much but as she got older she Took a test and she’s allergic to darn near everything now. Exposure to something long term seems to do it. I spent 9 years working in a specific plane and every time I get it one now for  travel my sinuses load up.

if its long term exposure then it should be metal dust... but it just randomly happens on sunny days...so im thinking its something outside
