I had one as a sample. I’m not sure how much longer to cook them, but I wouldn’t be disappointed if I stopped the cooking now and just enjoyed them

Yum. I grilled some steaks, chicken, and pork chops tonight. It will be a busy week, and they will feed my girls a couple days as leftovers. I saw some short ribs in the butcher case and thought about it but didn’t this time.

Ribs are probably my favorite thing to cook in my crockpot. Always seem to come out wonderfully with a nice 12 hour cook.
