About 30 minutes ago, one of my dogs started barking up a storm in the back yard. Another of my dogs hauled ass outside to see what was going on.
Here’s what was going on:
Now all the air in the house is ruined.
This is twice in 2 years.

A mix of liquid soap, baking soda, and peroxide will neutralize the spray.

I took a direct hit from a skunk to the face a few years back. I happened to get it in my eyes and nose and mouth. Peroxide, baking soda, and dish soap is the way to go.

It’s a relatively common thing to smell here in the states. Mostly just something you pass by on the roadside while driving (still unpleasant), as opposed to the much more unfortunate occurrence of having a spray really close by (especially to a pet which can actually bring it into the house).
