Red line represents a GMC Acadia which had the right of way. Blue line represents a Kia Sedona which wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese. Sedona failed to look, I saw what was going down, I honked, both drivers kept going, boom. 100% fault to the Kia in my book.
HOWEVER
I do want to point out how horrible the design is of the entrance to the restaurant. If you’re coming from Rockbridge, you’re all set. But Jimmy Carter? You have no choice but to turn from the center lane. They really need to add those white poles between the lanes and make it so you can only access the place from Rockbridge. I’ve seen countless close calls, and as of today, one accident.
Oh, by the way, guess who still needs to set up their dashcam?

Get on that dashcam...you don’t even need to do a clean install and hide the wire or anything, it doesn’t really get in the way at all. I use a binder clip to keep mine neatly clipped to my dash. Setting it up that way with a 12v plug would take like...5 minutes! :)

Had to look it up to look for possible alternative paths. I gotta say, that’s a terrible location for that property’s driveway to be. But it’s already as far west as it’s gonna get, and there’s no back entrance to use as an alternative . Unfortunately, there’s hardly any room for those roads to finish merging before letting traffic turn off. As soon as Jimmy Carter’s right lane becomes a center lane, it needs to yield to traffic coming from Rockbridge before merging.
I wonder if it would be better to give Rockbridge a yield sign before it joins Jimmy Carter. Or to just turn the whole damn intersection into a roundabout...

I worked at a place where Google Maps wanted me to go off an off ramp, and then immediately cut across a three-lane service road to enter a parking lot behind the off ramp:
Obviously this was not a good thing to do. I normally got off at the exit before, or just came from the other direction (coming from this way was slightly faster, but there was really dangerous merge as well). They’ve since repainted to make it more clear that this is not a thing anyone should do.

I installed my remote starter and the antenna on my F orester and the trim is quick and easy to remove. The wire tucks between the headliner and the glass, then goes behind the A pillar plastic on the drivers side. Then under the dash. I’m gonna do the same when I finally get a dash cam. Cause I know the instant I get a dashcam it’s gonna be always there.

This is the little unit I have!

Seems a decent little camera...was inexpensive and I’ve left it in the car straight time for over a year with smoking hot summer temps and -20C winter temps and it’s still going strong other than some sun fade on the plastic on the front!

Nope! Like Urambo Tauro said, there probably should be one though.

I wonder if they could just extend the parking lot to the entrance of the building next to the Chuck E Cheese ? That’s what Phoenix does for most of their parking lots. Just big connected lots, although it can be a surprise if one doesn’t connect through like expected.

That seems to be the norm everywhere, I think. I have no idea why this one isn't connected.
