This is definitely different than stopping for gas haha. Thankfully there's a good burger joint here at the supercharger station so it will be fully charged after a meal. We had 20 miles remaining after picking up the car and driving to the station. So full charge under an hour and only about $10. Initial thoughts on the car to come soon!

very curious - seems like a twin motor would be comparable to an STI on tarmac and I love the spartan “euro” interiors.

How does the rental work with the app? did the owner just give you their Tesla account?

I'm just using the valet key basically. And he texted me the image.

Now that I have a full charge, I'll have to test out some more aggressive highway pulls

With about 5 minutes remaining, I unplugged the car and moved it out of a spot to avoid the $1 per minute fees. It currently shows 279 miles which should be plenty to get me through the trip, assuming I don’t do too much aggressive driving to murder that range. And since we got it basically empty, I won't have to worry about it when returning it.
