Confirmed, people really fuckin’ suck sometimes . Also, I’m going to go there...
The lawyer’s name is Bryan Keith Schmitt, probably goes by Bryan Keith. He lives in the south. You can see a picture of him in the story. The victim’s name is Hamid Jahangard, he “came to the United States with little money in his pocket but the promise of the American Dream in his heart.” Jahangard is a native of Iran. It sounds like there’s some stereotypical racism going on here that could border on a hate crime.*
*I grew up in the south and feel within my rights to make this assumption based on what I read and have experienced. Obviously #NotAllSoutherners, not trying to start shit, just stating my opinion.

Not a truck, a CLS550, which is this. About a $16,000 car at this point with depreciation. And there was apparently no damage to the car, although, even if he’d broken a window it doesn’t justify running him over.
