Oppo Advice - Wheels/Tires

Been chasing down a front end shake at speeds with my Legacy GT and it turns out I have a bent wheel. Well, hopefully it is just that.

My question is the other wheels aren’t in the greatest condition and the tires don’t have the same snow/wet traction they used to .

Should I go “all out” and buy new wheels/tires?

OR

Should I “cheap out” and just buy one wheel and (hopefully) be on my merry way until I actually need tires?

All s uggestions welc0me . Car is currently on BFG Comp A/S 2s and the OEM 17" 5-spoke Legacy GT wheels.

Where you at? I got a Forester wheel that I’d give you for nothin (though it won’t match the legacy one, it’s the same offset / bolt pattern).

Tires depend on how worn yours are. If they’re relatively good, I would keep them until it’s time for new ones. Seems silly to trash good tires with decent tread.

South NJ, half hour from Philly. Agreed about the tires. Don't plan on doing too much winter driving this year either.

For about $1000, you can get the Vredestein Quatrac 5 tires and Radius W102 wheels from TR. Plus, t hey ship free already mounted and ready to install

I’m cheap and not concerned with wheel appearance . I’d only go for all new wheels if a different diameter gives you tire options you want .

I ended up getting a replacement wheel but definitely appreciate t he offer. Going to see how it feels after I have the new one mounted.
