Oppos- anyone have hands on experience with the gladiator? The future Mrs isnt huge on my daily being the Comanche as it doesn’t have airbags and is generally old (i know they are safeish). My brother works at a jeep dealer and can get me a decent deal on one , but the small bedsize concerns me (specifically for hauling lumber/mulch for home improvement projects). I think I would keep the comanche for a bit and fix some of the smaller things (AC, refresh grounds, etc) but may get rid of that for something a bit more fun.
Also, they are listing their Fiat Spyder abarth’s for like 9k under msrp, but it is the auto version. Is the fiat a flop or do the autos not sell well?

While not a Galdiator, I had a Tacoma with the 5’ bed. I hauled everything I needed (8’ lumber, etc) without concern. Sure it sticks off the back, but nothing I was every concerned about. I just used some bungee cords to wrap around the wood at the tailgate to help with the bouncing. If it was just for 8’ 2x4s, a lot of times I’d open up the back window and slide them inside the cabin so they weren’t hanging over the gate.

That makes sense, i like the look of the fiat more, but i didnt think they were doing that badly. He had mentioned they’d take over 10 off msrp to get them off their lot

In Canada the Fiat Spyders are do expensive local dealer had one 10k off MSRP still was 35k CAD.
