That might be fun, but like almost of these the attempts at the roll cage are hard to look at. It’s like a cage done by someone who once saw a racecar, but never read sanctioning bodies rule book or even understood anything at all about cage construction. This seems to apply to not just “karts,” but a whole lot of drift cars and things folks have built for track days and have never been around real racecars...
Some of those bends hurt my head to think about why someone thought they were a good idea. And the whole conception of the cage here is just... bad. And then there’s forward brace welded to the hood supports. And the welds that look terrible even in low-resolution distance shots. Not to mention they cut out the main hoop that was a very structural part of the original chassis.

I don’t know much about roll cages, but I know enough to know that that is all wrong. It looks more a style cage than anything up to taking a rollover..
