The more I think about the C8, the more I think I would be content with a C7.

Their prices have gone down lately and I’m not able to push the limits of a C7 , say a grand sport, let alone how capable the C8 will likely be.

I think I have been seeing them on a open car carrier. About 8 all wrapped in plastic sheeting. Can’t tell if they are C7 or C8, I’ve been assuming 7’s but I’m not sure when the production will completely change over.

Pro tip: l ook for the exhaust tips. T hey usually don’t cover the exhaust tips because they have to live the cars and the c8 has the exhaust on the corners of the rear while the c7 has them in the middle.

Local dealer has a c7 z06 for roughly 55k and I couldn't help but wonder if I could or would get a C8 over something that insane

I’m really warming up to this whole idea of the Corvette as a supercar.  It’s not anything like what went before in the Corvette legacy, no matter what Chevy might say in the marketing.  It’s a complete break.  Once I get used to that, I prefer it to just about any other Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc.

I was not a fan of the c7 styling, too radical without a very cohesive feel.

That said, I'm surprised how much this c8 styling is growing on me. Looking forward to seeing one in person.

Know how when you pet a cats head too h ard and their face does the stretchy back thing? That’s the C8. The entire face it’s stretched all the way back til you get to the back and it’s bunched up.Sammy will demonstrate. A normal car
