Another Pebble beach done. I was expecting to see the New Corvette, but it wasnt there. I’ve done one or two of these before, so here are my takes. The most beautiful car ruined by one single shitty ‘what-were-they-thinking’? feature and some awesome Bertone concepts:

The new Acura is awesome. Has presence. None of the ugliness. Launch it as the new ‘Legend’ and abandon the alphanumerical nonsense. Do it Honda:
The best car in the show, until you see someone decided to have a single windshield wiper...in the front windshield...on the UP POSITION- AT ALL TIMES. WTF BUGATTI? I am enraged at this. Beautiful but I would yank that wiper out if I owned it
OK, to better notes. The new DeTomaso is the SEXY BACK

I wish the designer/stylist industry would do something else in the C-pillar area than the played out beltline upkick. Otherwise, Acura needs that, the RLX is just too long in the tooth.

That VW makes me thing. GM should bring Pontiac back just for the Stinger. But now it would be an EV. And it wouldn’t come with a portable CD player.

The corvette was at Seca being shown with a cutaway. I really liked it. It was larger than I expected but there is tons of room for turbos in the back.
