Here’s the view from the hotel pool. Bangkok knows how to do rooftop activities right. I’m going to try to make it over to the rooftop tennis courts in a few hours...

I’m more of a cod fish and chips kind of person. But Bangkok has some of the best rooftop bars ever imo.

It looks good, but it’s some of the worst I’ve had. I don’t know what the deal is, but it seems like the places I’ve been in Bangkok can’t make good rice to save their lives.

Everything else I've eaten has been amazing though

It’s either S hark or B arramundi...more likely the later. It's very fryable!

Unless it’s Orange Roughy...in which case...you have no taste.

So I found a super well-reviewed fish n’ chips place in Bangkok, but I’m not familiar with any of the fish they offer! Help!

The hake is almost definitely gummy shark. Will go nicely with some hand cut and Kumara chips!
