well...i watched half of it last night and just finished it (time till wake up was getting a little too short last night)
anyhoo...its pretty good... a little bit silly and over the top in places... but mostly i think its a pretty cool concept and they mostly pulled it off

you are wrong. it was magestically beautifully CGI’d, but garbage in eveyr other way
the story line was average, and the multiuple false endings was tiresome.

Yeah... the CGI was A+ everything else was just trash.

welp...i think its no secret i like someterrible cheesy movies
i still think this one was pretty good
i blame hollywood for not making enough sci fi

The Chinese nationalism the me s were over powering as were the cliche plot devices . I was the only one in my house that could finish it.

the chinese nationalism didnt bother me so much... or at least it didnt bother me more than the murica ooh ra! i normally have to ignore lol
and i do intend to check that one out when i can :)

Hollywood action/sci fi movies now seem all too similar with the same polish, production, plot - they’re clearly made in Hollywood. Superhero movies especially. I’ll have to keep this one in mind.
I recently watched Blade of the Immortal and Old Boy. G
ood, polished movies but the small differences stand out from a Hollywood product. Especially Old Boy where the director seemed to delve into his artsy side.
